GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Working place: 117B Nguyen Dinh Chinh, ward 15, Phu Nhuan district, HCMC
  • Working time: shift work with 2 days OFF per week - flexible, we will discuss further about this during the interview

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
  • Handle customer complaints, investigate and use appropriate complaint resolution.
  • Work with other members of the team to meet individual and collective goals for high productivity, low customer dissatisfaction rate, low total ticket resolution time, and appropriate first response time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College/University graduated, majoring in IT, Foreign language (English)
  • At least 1 experience in Customer Service field ( IT support, helpdesk support experience would be an advantage)
  • Excellent command in English
  • Comfortable in dealing with customers
  • Able to adapt, to do multiple tasks in a challenging international working environment
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work on weekends
